Coaching
Join a learning community of leaders for a transformative leadership experience.
Restorative Leadership Academy
You and a group of like-minded leaders will meet virtually to craft your personal, value-based leadership identity and learn to build an environment founded in workplace wellness, trust, and psychological safety.
This group is designed for:

Individuals currently employed full-time at a nonprofit in a supervisory role
-
Individuals who aspire to become senior or executive-level leadership
-
Individuals who can attend at least 6 out of 7 scheduled group sessions

Time Commitment: 1.5 hours for 7 sessions
Total Investment: $605 (made in 3 installments)
